Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the dates you request and must be received within 10 days of phone confirmation. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 61-90 days prior to arrival will forfeit 25% of deposit. 31-60 days prior to arrival will be 50% of deposit. 30 days or less will forfeit 100% of deposit.

Meals: Breakfast will be served approximately one hour before the boat leaves the dock. The evening meal will be served approximately one hour after the boat arrives at the dock. A full days fishing is given. Anyone wishing to add more fishing hours to the schedule will have an additional charge of $150 per group per hour to cover the extra costs incurred.

Bear Valley Lodge reserves the right to add to any group of less than 5 persons.
